Underfloor heating & driveway heating — Bilton Hall

We were called in by the site manager after working with him on a previous high end project.

This grade 2* listed manor house was to have UFH fitted to most of the 22 rooms. In some of the main living spaces we had two systems fitted, one under a large rug area and the second on the surrounding wooden floor, all individually controlled.

We were asked to specify all the UFH heating systems and also a heated driveway system. This required multiple site visits and site meetings, working with main and sub contractors as well as site manager, flooring specialist and English Heritage representative, to  ensure the system would perform but also meet the strict criteria required for a heritage property.
